Terms & Conditions
All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted unless a special Return Authorization number(RA#) is granted by the manufacturer. If the damage appears to be a manufacturing deficiency, the manufacturing lot number and expiration date should be noted and the manufacturer should be contacted for a return authorization number (RA#). Then send the product back to the manufacturer for a replacement.
Credit or replacements will not be given unless an RA number has been issued.
Payment Terms
All orders that come through the Huot Instruments online website systems must be paid with a valid credit card. Credit cards that are accepted are Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: the online ordering system is intended for US orders only.

A $6.00 handling charge plus shipping costs will be added to the total invoice cost.
Order Errors
Huot Instruments will fill the order as written, and not be held responsible for any ordering errors.
Shipping Terms and Rates
All orders that are received online by Huot Instruments will be shipped by UPS Ground delivery.
Huot Instruments allows you, the customer, to pick the carrier and service method, if a valid shipping account number for that carrier is given, and the services are available in Milwaukee, WI.
Expedited orders will be done upon request; the additional shipping and handling charges that are incurred will be passed on to you the customer.
